A gentleman was walking through downtown one day and happened upon a blind man setting on the street with a sign that read "Blind, need help". He gave the man some money and rewrote his sign. The next day the gentleman stopped by again and the blind man recognizing his voice asked him "I had the best day I've ever had yesterday. What did you write on my sign?"
The gentleman replied "It's such a beautiful day, I wish I could see it..."
This was told to me today by my father and just made me tear up. Call me emotional but the simple elegance of the story tugs at you heart strings…
